Sourced from a single block of Solomon Hills, our Chardonnay expresses notes of papaya, mango, pineapple and tart green apple. Thanks to the cool climate of Solomon Hills, this wine is known for its great acidity and distinct minerality. Balanced and delicate, the finish bursts with flavors of lemon curd and pastry filling. Our Solomon Hills Chardonnay is always whole-cluster pressed, native fermented and was sur lie aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
