Considered to be the coldest vineyard in our region, Solomon Hills is able to yield Pinot Noir grapes that achieve an incredible balance of bright, fruity tones, dried florals and vegetation. Fermentation always happens naturally with this wine and it is aged for 18 months in 30% new French oak.
