With Solomon Hills’ sandy soils and proximity to the Pacific Ocean, our Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is marked by beautiful, bright acidity, a delicate richness and firm structure. Layers of concentrated watermelon and honeydew open to distinct minerality with aromas of flint and wet granite. Aged in 75% neutral French oak and 25% stainless steel, this wine was bottled after just 6 months to preserve freshness and bright fruit character. Our Vin Gris of Pinot Noir can be enjoyed immediately to experience the signature freshness, or stored for 1-2 years to develop toasty, elegant aromas.
